Founded on strong principles and reliable personalized service we have the capabilities to install 1" conduit through 48" diameter pipe up to 6,500' through congested urban settings and environmentally sensitive crossings. We have successfully constructed and serviced hundreds of miles of pipeline and conduit navigating rivers, wetlands, roads, railways and parks installations through silt, clay, sand, gravel and rock.

Adam M. Bosch - President
Mr. Bosch's strong work ethic, entrepreneurial zeal and experience in vertical drilling led to his desire to apply that knowledge to the horizontal drilling arena and the foundation of Subsite, Inc., an HDD services company founded in 1994. In little more than two years, Mr. Bosch grew Subsite to a multi-million dollar company which garnered the attention of Mears Group, Inc., a world-wide HDD service provider. In 1996 Mears Group acquired Subsite, Inc. leaving Mr. Bosch at the helm of the Midwest division. In 2000, Mears and Metro Underground were subsequently acquired by Quanta Services, a publicly traded company on the NYSE and one of the world's largest utilities service providers.

We adhere to a strict safety program zero workplace injuries and institute programs to keep us team there.
Our personnel are kept up to date with our yearly safety training program which implements OSHA Compliant programs in Confined Space Hazardous Awareness Training, Excavation & Trenching Competent Person, First Aid Course and CPR Course.
We also have personnel trained in the specialized HAZWOPER for hazardous material projects.
In 2008 Mid America Underground was awarded the Distribution Contractors Association prestigious Arthur Everham Safety Award for 350,000 Man Hours. |
